Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form on our website, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to our email inbox. This data is not stored by any third-party platform (we use Framer, which does not retain form submissions). We process this data to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website usage data via Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) on this website. The Pixel collects information about your visit, including pages viewed, actions taken, and browser/device information. This data is transmitted to Meta and used to:

  • measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns

  • show our ads to people who have previously visited our website (retargeting)

  • build audiences of people with similar interests to our visitors

6. Data Retention

Contact form emails are retained in our inbox for as long as is necessary to manage your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for up to 3 years thereafter for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Data collected via Meta Pixel is subject to Meta's own retention policies. We have no direct control over how long Meta retains this data.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS. Email communications are secured by our email provider's standard security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us at studio@willda.design and we will delete it promptly.
